Robert Plant vai lançar novo álbum em setembro

Robert Plant, o ex-vocalista do Led Zeppelin (a melhor banda da história) anunciou que vai lançar um novo álbum solo. O disco ganhou o título de Band of Joy, nome da banda que o vocalista e o baterista John Bonham  participaram nos anos 60.

O álbum foi gravado em Nashville, nos EUA e terá mutios covers, como “Silver Ride” e “Monkey”, do Low, “Falling In Love Again”, do The Kelly Brother, entre outros.

O disco terá participação do guitarrista Buddy Miller, que recebeu muitos elogios de Plant durante uma entrevista ao seminário britânico NME.

“A participação de Buddy é linda, com muitas reflexões em torno do rockabilly dos anos 50, dos pescadores cantores e o melhor da música country, sem esquecer do soul e R&B de Memphis.”, disse o cantor.

Band of Joy será lançado em 13 de setembro.

Um cantor e compositor genial, vem aí mais um disco para entrar na história!
